About this role

Amity Foundation seeks a compassionate Career Developer to support individuals in prison and re-entry programs by connecting them with employment opportunities and career services. You'll help participants develop job search skills, navigate expungement processes, and transition into sustainable employment within the Los Angeles community.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain a network of job development and pre-employment services
• Educate participants on expungement processes and coordinate completion
• Provide resume writing, interview preparation, and job search coaching
• Assist with job placement and employment preparation
• Offer resources and referrals for criminal record expungement and rehabilitation certificates
• Support participants' transition into long-term, stable employment
