About this role
ARCO is seeking a Project Developer to manage renovation projects within the entertainment or hospitality industries. This role acts as the primary client contact throughout preconstruction, from site evaluation and permitting to contract negotiations and budget management. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and resolve potential issues, advise clients on design and entitlement strategies, and contribute to business development.

- Interface with brokers and facilitate real estate transactions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Advise clients on site layout, design, and entitlement.
- Manage project budgets and preconstruction schedules.
