Product Engineer, Platform

About this role

Join Ampersand as a Product Engineer to build connectivity infrastructure for AI agents. You'll own full-stack features across backend (Golang) and frontend (React), work directly with customers, and help establish design standards for a developer-facing platform trusted by leading AI companies.

What you'll do

• Own complete feature development from architecture through customer communication
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and support their needs
• Design and propose APIs and technical architecture for platform features
• Build scalable systems with reliability, telemetry, and alerting in mind
• Contribute to AI agent development including tool use, evals, and observability
• Write design docs and participate in collaborative technical feedback
