About this role
Ampersand seeks a Sales Engineer to lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concepts for enterprise buyers evaluating their AI integration infrastructure platform. You'll own the technical side of complex sales cycles, partnering with Account Executives to translate customer architecture needs into tailored solutions while bringing market insights back to the product team.
What you'll do
- Conduct deep technical discovery with prospects to understand architecture, workflows, and integration requirements
- Design tailored solutions mapping Ampersand's capabilities to specific customer challenges
- Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements for engineering and executive audiences
- Guide customers through security reviews, architecture assessments, and technical diligence processes
- Develop demo environments, technical resources, and sales enablement content to scale GTM efforts
- Partner with Account Executives throughout sales cycles and funnel customer feedback to product teams
