About this role
Join A. Morton Thomas & Associates as a Resident Engineer to lead on-site construction management for DC Department of Transportation infrastructure projects. You'll serve as the primary liaison between contractors, DDOT, and field staff while ensuring compliance, quality, and project delivery in active urban environments.
