Alliance North America seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer II to drive mid-level mechanical design and prototyping for hybrid energy systems and power equipment in Henderson, Nevada. You'll leverage advanced CAD skills to develop scalable products for the equipment rental industry while collaborating with the engineering team to optimize manufacturing and meet quality standards.

What you'll do

• Lead mechanical design and component integration for hybrid energy systems and power equipment
• Create detailed CAD models and prototyping layouts for product and accessory designs
• Bridge concepts from initial design through scalable production implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes
• Manage design projects with moderate independence while ensuring quality standards
• Support equipment rental industry product development initiatives
