Process Engineer II

Alliance North America seeks a Process Engineer II to develop and optimize assembly processes for power generators, hybrid energy systems, and air compressors at their Henderson, Nevada headquarters. The role focuses on process improvement, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

What you'll do

• Develop and launch assembly processes for generators, hybrid power systems, and compressors
• Optimize processes post-launch to improve efficiency and quality
• Improve bills of materials (BOM) and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering team on process enhancements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related process issues
