Growth Engineer

About this role

Anam is seeking a Growth Engineer to be an early member of their growth team, tasked with acquiring developers and product leaders for their AI avatar platform. You'll drive user acquisition through community engagement, build conversion-optimized demos and microsites, and run experiments to scale the product's self-serve motion.

What you'll do

• Identify and reach target audiences (developers and product leaders) where they congregate online
• Design and launch microsites, demos, prototypes, and interactive showcases that convert prospects to users
• Build and optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and free-to-paid conversion funnels
• Design and execute A/B tests across acquisition, activation, and retention with proper tracking and attribution
• Engineer viral mechanics including referral systems, share loops, and embeddable product features
• Instrument and analyze growth metrics to guide optimization decisions
