• Design and develop out-of-the-box workforce planning applications on the Anaplan platform
• Build solutions for position, role, skill-based planning, and resource capacity management
• Collaborate with Workforce Product Management and Application Solutions Architects
• Create integrated planning applications across workforce, finance, and supply chain domains
• Support both operational and strategic level planning initiatives
• Deliver extensible applications that drive customer success
