Join a YC-backed startup building AI-powered research tools to accelerate scientific discovery. You'll design and deploy scalable features, optimize AI agent performance, and work directly with customers in a fast-moving, small team environment.
What you'll do
- Design and build scalable features and infrastructure for AI-powered research tools
- Gather user insights and improve product experience through direct customer engagement
- Monitor and optimize system performance and costs
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering and model deployment
- Own the design and automation of evaluation pipelines to measure and improve AI agent quality
