Software Engineer - AI Infrastructure

About this role

Build core infrastructure platform components at Andromeda, a rapidly scaling AI compute marketplace. Design orchestration systems, APIs, and control planes that abstract diverse infrastructure types while translating customer needs into product capabilities.

What you'll do

• Design and develop infrastructure orchestration, provisioning, and lifecycle management solutions
• Build robust APIs and services that abstract over VMs, Kubernetes, bare metal, and schedulers
• Translate customer usage patterns into product features and improvements
• Create automation and internal tooling to reduce manual operational work
• Enhance platform reliability, performance, and observability
• Collaborate on technical design and architectural evolution

What they're looking for

• Infrastructure and platform engineering (5+ years)
• Linux, networking, storage, and distributed systems
• Kubernetes, VMs, or bare-metal environments
• Backend development (Python, Go, or similar)
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
• API and control plane design
• Problem abstraction and system design
• Technical communication and documentation
