BOM Sourcing Engineer, Intelligence Systems & Space (Active Clearance)

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a BOM Sourcing Engineer to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy for Intelligence Systems & Space products. You'll manage component sourcing, supplier relationships, cost optimization, and production ramp-up while collaborating across engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.

What you'll do

• Analyze and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM) with engineering teams to ensure cost-effective sourcing and procurement
• Select and onboard suppliers, managing supplier development and qualification activities
• Drive cost reduction through value engineering, should-cost modeling, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis
• Manage production ramp-up and manufacturing BOM development with cross-functional partners
• Conduct supply chain risk assessments, identify alternate sourcing, and resolve supply chain issues
• Lead value-stream mapping and component rationalization to reduce complexity and optimize lead times
