About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Business Process Engineer to lead supply chain optimization initiatives across the Atlanta site. You'll design, document, and implement operational workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to eliminate bottlenecks and drive manufacturing efficiency at scale.
What you'll do
- Document current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design future-state operational models across manufacturing and supply chain functions
- Introduce and socialize process frameworks to diverse stakeholders including Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Program Management
- Create process flow visualizations using Lucid/Visio to highlight risks and communicate readiness to leadership
- Facilitate phase gate evaluations and guide cross-functional teams through process rollout and implementation
- Build stakeholder relationships to understand pain points and advocate for process improvements
- Recommend tactical resources and support adoption strategies to make business processes actionable
