Chief Engineer, Intel Systems

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Chief Engineer to lead the technical design and development of advanced network systems for defense applications. This role requires architecting secure, resilient communication solutions while managing cross-disciplinary engineering teams and translating customer needs into scalable, production-ready systems.

What you'll do

• Define comprehensive technical architecture and engineering roadmap for distributed network systems
• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to deliver high-quality products
• Serve as technical arbiter, ensuring system integrity, security, and resilience in contested environments
• Drive trade studies and critical design decisions on network topology, protocols, and hardware integration
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to communicate technical concepts and solutions
• Manage rapid prototyping, fielding, and scaled production timelines for defense capabilities
