Chief Engineer, Radar

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Chief Engineer for Radar to lead the development of innovative radar solutions for defense applications. You'll own stakeholder engagement, product strategy, technical roadmap planning, and execution across the radar product line while collaborating with engineering teams and military customers.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and secure buy-in for radar products
• Drive radar architecture and product development strategies by understanding technical tradeoffs and innovation opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy and develop competitive roadmaps
• Organize and prioritize engineering efforts to optimize resource utilization and market delivery
• Lead prototyping, development, and operational delivery of radar products
