Curriculum Developer

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Curriculum Developer to design and deliver training programs for defense technology products. You'll partner with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences across multiple formats while supporting both internal teams and external customers.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with SMEs and product teams to identify training needs and define learning outcomes
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align programs with business goals
• Design curriculum using ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other instructional design methodologies
• Develop blended learning content including instructor-led training, e-learning, job aids, and hands-on practicals
• Translate complex technical information into accessible learning experiences for diverse audiences
• Maintain version control and ensure compliance with training systems and documentation standards
