About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Curriculum Developer to design and deliver training programs for defense technology products and operations. You'll partner with technical experts to create engaging learning experiences across multiple formats while supporting both internal teams and customer education initiatives.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and define learning outcomes
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align programs with business goals
- Design curriculum using ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other instructional design frameworks
- Develop content for blended learning formats including instructor-led, e-learning, and hands-on training
- Translate complex technical information into accessible learning materials for diverse audiences
- Manage training projects, documentation standards, and compliance with internal systems
