About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an Operations Deployment Engineer to serve as the on-site technical lead for radar system deployments with U.S. military and allied customers. You'll manage integration, troubleshooting, and operational acceptance of advanced radar and sensor systems across multiple locations while gathering feedback to drive product improvements.

What you'll do

  • Act as project manager and on-site lead for radar system deployments with military, DHS, and allied customers
  • Lead small engineering teams through site standups from initial integration through operational acceptance
  • Monitor radar performance, network connectivity, sensor fusion with EO/IR and RF systems, and C2 integration
  • Gather, triage, and prioritize user feedback on detection performance, tracking accuracy, and operational issues
  • Provide input to account and engineering teams on radar features, algorithms, and UI/UX workflow improvements
  • Support engagement with military units and organizations to expand radar system deployments across installations
