What you'll do

• Own vehicle subsystems through all phases from conceptual design to productionization
• Establish program plans, vision, and design review criteria while keeping teams aligned
• Conduct design trade studies and coordinate across functional engineering teams
• Manage technical and programmatic risks, budgets, and schedules for assigned systems
• Lead transitions between engineering, manufacturing, test, and production phases
• Recruit and integrate top engineering talent into the program
