About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an Electrical Engineer to serve as a Product Sustainment Engineer for intelligence systems, managing production failures, investigating root causes, and driving design and process improvements. You'll triage field issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure reliable delivery of defense technology systems at scale.

- Triage product failures from production and field operations by severity and population impact
- Investigate root causes of electrical and PCB-level failures and implement corrective actions
- Collect, manage, and analyze failure data to identify trends and population-level impact
- Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Operations to maintain build schedules
- Surface production issues that threaten delivery timelines
- Turn production challenges into lasting design and process improvements
