About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an Electro-Mechanical Engineer to design and develop advanced radar systems for defense applications. You'll manage mechanical and thermal design from concept through production, working with RF hardware and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative sensor solutions on accelerated timelines.

What you'll do

  • Own mechanical and thermal hardware design from requirements through full production transition
  • Design complex mechanical systems integrating thermal solutions, RF hardware, PCBAs, and cabling
  • Rapidly prototype to identify issues and compress product development cycles
  • Support customer demonstrations and translate feedback into design improvements
  • Travel to test sites as needed for validation and support

  • Mechanical design (2+ years professional experience)
  • CAD proficiency and engineering drawing standards

  • Thermal management design (passive and active)
