Firmware Engineer

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Firmware Engineer to develop embedded firmware for advanced imaging systems supporting military defense applications. You'll design and prototype firmware across multiple product lines, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams from concept through ground and flight testing to final product maturity.

What you'll do

• Design firmware for embedded hardware from concept through functional prototype, board bring-up, and system integration
• Write C/C++ code for ARM processors in FPGAs, SoCs, and SoMs
• Troubleshoot hardware-software interface issues using lab equipment and debugging tools
• Partner with hardware and software engineers on component selection and product support
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, and test engineers to deliver functional products
• Develop firmware across multiple products at various development stages
