About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Flight Test Engineer to lead test and evaluation programs for autonomous systems, focusing on software interfaces and diagnostics. You'll design and execute comprehensive test plans, coordinate test events with surrogate vehicles, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate mission autonomy capabilities.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute end-to-end test plans for autonomous systems across full lifecycle programs
- Coordinate and conduct test events using surrogate vehicles to validate mission autonomy capabilities
- Analyze test data to assess system performance and identify improvement areas
- Create performance metrics and dashboards to track autonomous system capabilities
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and product teams to align test requirements with mission objectives
- Interface with government and private partners to ensure test objectives are met
