Generative AI Integration Engineer

About this role

Anduril is seeking a Generative AI Integration Engineer to design and implement AI agent interactions with classical military systems. You'll work on Lattice OS, an AI-powered command and control platform, optimizing agent performance through prompt engineering, tool calling, and deployment strategies for both frontier and edge-deployed models.

What you'll do

• Design and implement agent-to-classical-system interaction patterns
• Develop and maintain test and evaluation infrastructure for AI agents
• Optimize prompt engineering and agent tool calling techniques
• Expand integration surface area for agents within the Lattice platform
• Contribute to deployment software and agent performance optimization
• Validate agentic systems in simulation and real-world scenarios

• Large Language Model (LLM) implementation and deployment
• Agent integration with classical software systems
• Python programming (Java, Go, or equivalent)
• Machine learning and AI systems design
• Prompt engineering and agentic technique optimization
• Multi-modal sensor data processing
• MLOps best practices and reproducible pipelines
• C/C++ (preferred)
