IT Systems Engineer

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an IT Systems Engineer to modernize internal IT operations by building automations and self-service tools that reduce manual work for the service desk and empower employees to resolve common issues independently. You'll design and implement AI-assisted workflows, custom applications, and integrations that improve efficiency across the company.

What you'll do

• Design and build automations for IT Service Desk tasks like account provisioning, access requests, and troubleshooting using AI where beneficial
• Develop self-service tools enabling employees to handle common IT requests without agent assistance
• Create custom applications and automations that extend existing tools and platforms
• Work autonomously on complex projects while collaborating across teams
• Apply AI/LLMs and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency
• Implement end-to-end solutions using REST APIs, Webhooks, and CI/CD practices

• IT Engineering (3+ years experience)
• Programming (Python, Go, Rust, or similar)

• Security architecture and design review
