About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to manage the production value chain for infrared imaging products on second shift (3 PM - 11 PM). You'll optimize supply chain operations, oversee contract manufacturers, and drive production scalability while working hands-on with technicians to deliver mission-critical defense hardware.

What you'll do

  • Own manufacturing value chain for assigned products, ensuring production capability meets business output goals
  • Evaluate and prioritize supply chain, production, and test optimizations for reliability and efficiency
  • Develop business cases for vertical integration and strategic sourcing opportunities
  • Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and resolve production issues at partner facilities
  • Collaborate with technicians and engineers to build prototypes and production hardware
  • Create manufacturing documentation and reduce complexity through component rationalization
