Manufacturing Engineer

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to serve as the primary troubleshooter on an imaging production floor, diagnosing and resolving real-time assembly, integration, and test issues. This hands-on role focuses on minimizing downtime, managing production data systems, and driving continuous improvement in a defense technology manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

• Rapidly diagnose and resolve in-line production issues across assembly, integration, and test operations
• Triage and close production downtime tickets, coordinating across engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
• Manage ERP and MES systems for accurate production tracking, data integrity, and inventory management
• Perform root-cause analysis on failing hardware and processes, implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and rework procedures; manage ECO/ECN implementations
• Analyze line data to identify recurring failures and drive improvements to yield, throughput, and quality
