About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to serve as the primary on-floor troubleshooter for an imaging production line, rapidly diagnosing and resolving assembly, integration, and test issues while managing digital operations, downtime tickets, and driving continuous improvement in a defense technology environment.

What you'll do

  • Embed on production floor to rapidly diagnose and resolve in-line issues across assembly, integration, and test operations
  • Triage, manage, and close production downtime and non-conformance tickets by coordinating with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
  • Maintain ERP and MES systems for accurate production tracking, data integrity, and inventory management
  • Perform root-cause analysis and debugging on failing hardware and processes; implement containment and corrective actions
  • Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs, rework procedures, and manage ECO/ECN implementations on the production floor
  • Analyze line data to identify recurring failures and drive improvements to yield, throughput, and first-pass quality
