About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an RF Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes for advanced radar systems, bridging the gap between prototype design and full-rate manufacturing. You'll own process development, troubleshoot RF/electrical issues, and collaborate with design and operations teams to scale complex electronic assemblies while maintaining quality and performance.

What you'll do

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for RF electronic assemblies from prototyping through full production
  • Create manufacturing documentation including assembly instructions, inspection plans, and tool/fixture designs
  • Troubleshoot production line issues using root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
  • Drive continuous improvement via data analysis and process capability studies to enhance yield and reduce costs
  • Provide design-for-manufacturability feedback to RF and electrical engineers on producibility and assembly constraints
  • Develop and validate test procedures and fixtures for electronic products and RF systems

What they're looking for

  • RF hardware manufacturing processes
  • Surface mount technology (SMT) and soldering (J-STD-001)
  • RF test software (Keysight BenchVue, NIMAX)
