About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to own the production ramp of advanced command and control systems for U.S. military applications. You'll drive the entire lifecycle from design through full-scale manufacturing, collaborating with engineering teams and production staff to deliver complex defense technology on aggressive timelines.

What you'll do

  • Oversee product manufacturing from prototyping through large-scale production
  • Partner with design engineers to optimize designs for manufacturability and production transitions
  • Serve as technical expert resolving mechanical, electrical, software, and assembly issues on the production floor
  • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including BOMs, work instructions, process flows, and capacity analyses
  • Coordinate with customers and planning teams on capacity planning and demand fulfillment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality, and production capacity
