About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design and production of advanced electromagnetic warfare hardware. You'll own critical manufacturing processes from design through full-scale production, collaborating with engineering and quality teams to deliver cutting-edge defense systems efficiently.

What you'll do

  • Manage assembly, integration, and test processes for electro-mechanical hardware across the manufacturing value chain
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead Kaizen events to enhance operational excellence
  • Partner with Quality Engineering on root cause analysis and issue resolution for production
  • Provide design-for-manufacturability guidance during product development phases
  • Create process documentation including work instructions, quality plans, and inspection requirements
  • Coordinate with contract manufacturers and technicians on prototype development and scaled production

  • CAD software (Siemens NX preferred)
  • PLM systems (Teamcenter) and ERP platforms (Oracle)
  • Hands-on fabrication, machining, or soldering experience
  • Project management (JIRA)
  • RF product testing or end-of-line troubleshooting
