Manufacturing Test Engineer, Intelligence Systems

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer to oversee testing operations for advanced defense intelligence systems, ensuring quality and production throughput. You'll design test strategies, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, manage test automation improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes.

What you'll do

• Own production test flow, troubleshoot electrical issues, and resolve test failures
• Maintain and improve test systems across manufacturing stages, from component-level validation to system acceptance
• Create test work instructions and train technicians on equipment operation
• Perform root cause analysis on failures and recommend corrective actions
• Analyze test data, document results, and provide reports identifying defects and improvement areas
• Support new product introduction with early-stage test design feedback and collaborate with design/quality teams
