About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Mechanical Engineer to design and analyze solid rocket motor components including cases, nozzles, and igniters. You'll leverage CAD and FEA tools to develop critical subsystems from concept through testing, with 3+ years of mechanical design experience required.

  • Perform CAD design of rocket motor mechanical components
  • Conduct finite element analysis on structural and thermal systems
  • Generate and release engineering drawings and product definitions
  • Create technical reports and present findings in design reviews
  • Support prototyping, manufacturing, and testing at facilities and supplier sites
  • Own full lifecycle development of critical subsystems
