Mission Operations Engineer

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Mission Operations Engineer to manage customer relationships and oversee deployment of advanced radar systems for military and defense partners. You'll serve as the on-site technical lead, coordinating cross-functional teams to integrate sensor capabilities, gather operational feedback, and ensure mission success across distributed locations.

What you'll do

• Act as project manager and on-site lead for radar system deployments with U.S. military, DHS, and allied customers
• Lead small engineering teams through radar integration and operational acceptance testing
• Monitor radar system performance, connectivity, and sensor fusion with EO/IR, RF, and command-control systems
• Gather and prioritize user feedback on detection performance, tracking accuracy, and system issues
• Provide input to engineering teams on radar features, algorithms, and operator workflow improvements
• Support expansion of radar deployments across military installations and critical infrastructure sites
