Mission Operations Engineer, Connected Warfare (Active Clearance)

Anduril Industries seeks a Mission Operations Engineer to orchestrate the deployment of advanced defense technology systems to military customers in Hawaii. This role combines operational leadership, customer relationship management, and product development collaboration to ensure mission success and drive business growth.

What you'll do

• Lead planning and deployment of Anduril hardware and software products to customer field operations
• Train end users and monitor product performance in operational environments
• Own customer relationships and represent their needs to internal engineering teams
• Identify and address technical issues in collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Coordinate across multiple internal teams including engineering, logistics, and business development
• Meet commercial targets and identify growth opportunities within customer accounts
