Operations Analyst, Software Spend

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an Operations Analyst to manage enterprise software spend and drive optimization initiatives across the organization. You'll work with Finance, Procurement, and business leaders to improve visibility, efficiency, and governance of the software portfolio while supporting vendor relationships and cost allocation processes.

What you'll do

• Drive cross-functional software optimization initiatives and manage cost allocation, chargebacks, and spend visibility
• Lead commercial vendor workstreams including renewals, negotiations, and performance tracking
• Own software spend management systems and reporting workflows (including Oomnitza)
• Analyze spending patterns, utilization trends, and vendor performance to inform portfolio decisions
• Conduct portfolio reviews to identify rationalization and cost-saving opportunities
• Produce executive reporting and business cases translating complex data into actionable insights
