PIPELINE: Quality Systems Engineer

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Quality Systems Engineer to develop and implement a world-class quality management system across manufacturing sites. This role focuses on QMS software deployment, process development, auditing, and continuous improvement to support the company's rapid growth in defense technology.

What you'll do

• Lead QMS software implementation and adoption across Anduril facilities
• Develop and execute QMS processes, coordinate internal and external audits
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to prepare new processes and sites for production readiness
• Serve as subject matter expert on quality tools, processes, and data systems
• Manage internal auditor program and conduct root cause analysis on audit findings
• Develop QMS roadmap aligned with company scaling and customer requirements

• Quality Management System (QMS) expertise in aerospace/defense standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9110, IATF, etc.)
• QMS software platforms (Net Inspect, Siemens, SAP, ETQ, MasterControl, etc.)
• Data analytics and visualization tools
• Project management for software implementation
• Internal auditing and compliance
• ERP, PLM, and Business Intelligence systems knowledge
• Cross-functional process design and continuous improvement
• Training development and change management
