About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an experienced PLM Software Engineer to architect and build next-generation Teamcenter-based production systems that integrate CAD, ERP, MES, and manufacturing platforms. This is a greenfield opportunity to design modern, scalable engineering infrastructure for defense hardware production at enterprise scale.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations including ITK services, SOA integrations, and Active Workspace solutions
- Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and downstream systems (ERP, MES, change management, requirements tools)
- Model scalable data structures and business logic while minimizing upgrade friction and technical debt
- Establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor team on architectural best practices
- Enhance platform observability and reliability through monitoring and proactive issue resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with systems architecture, manufacturing, and product teams to solve complex integration challenges
