About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced PLM Software Engineer to architect and build next-generation Teamcenter-based production systems that integrate CAD, ERP, MES, and manufacturing platforms. This is a greenfield opportunity to design modern, scalable engineering infrastructure for defense hardware production at enterprise scale.

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations including ITK services, SOA integrations, and Active Workspace solutions
  • Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and downstream systems (ERP, MES, change management, requirements tools)
  • Model scalable data structures and business logic while minimizing upgrade friction and technical debt
  • Establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor team on architectural best practices
  • Enhance platform observability and reliability through monitoring and proactive issue resolution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with systems architecture, manufacturing, and product teams to solve complex integration challenges
