What you'll do
- Design and optimize IDCA manufacturing processes across their full lifecycle with continuous improvement focus
- Implement production capacity growth strategies and scaling initiatives
- Deploy automation solutions, control systems, and data collection to improve quality and reduce cycle time
- Develop preventive maintenance procedures and equipment management protocols
- Oversee specification, sourcing, and qualification of new process equipment
- Support new product launches and design qualification for thermal imaging systems
