Product Line Chief Engineer

About this role

Lead the complete lifecycle of solid rocket motor programs at Anduril Industries, from concept through production. This role offers full authority over program execution, technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams, and direct engagement with internal and external customers in a fast-paced defense technology environment.

What you'll do

• Direct solid rocket motor programs from concept through production with full ownership
• Develop and execute program plans and technical roadmaps for assigned product lines
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple interdisciplinary technical teams
• Serve as primary interface with internal and external customers
• Drive cost reduction and design commonality initiatives across the product line
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and Integration teams

• CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
