Product Operations Engineer, Edge Compute Systems

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Product Operations Engineer to support the reliability and readiness of Ground Control Station (GCS) systems used for tactical edge computing and autonomous asset control. You'll diagnose field failures, conduct root cause analysis, manage customer incidents, and drive fleet-wide improvements for defense technology deployments.

What you'll do

• Triage, diagnose, and perform root cause analysis on product incidents using Linux command-line tools and log reviews
• Track and manage customer-facing incidents with timely communication and resolution status updates
• Collect and analyze system failure data to identify trends and optimize fleet reliability
• Improve observability and health telemetry in collaboration with engineering teams
• Support global customers with proactive communications and incident mitigation
• Travel as needed to support customer operations and on-site technical needs
