Product Operations Technical Support Engineer, Edge Compute Systems

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Product Operations Technical Support Engineer to ensure reliability of Ground Control Station deployments supporting tactical edge operations. You'll diagnose complex hardware and software issues, conduct root cause analysis, manage customer incidents, and drive fleet-wide reliability improvements for defense systems.

What you'll do

• Triage and resolve product incidents through log analysis, diagnostics, and Linux command-line tools
• Conduct root cause analysis on system failures and drive postmortem actions across the GCS fleet
• Collect and analyze failure data to identify trends and inform proactive sustainment processes
• Manage customer-facing incidents with timely communication, mitigation, and resolution tracking
• Improve observability and health telemetry in partnership with cross-functional GCS teams
• Travel as needed to support customer operations and field deployments
