Product Quality Engineer, Intelligence Systems

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Product Quality Engineer to establish and execute quality processes for intelligence systems and compute solutions serving defense customers. You'll collaborate across engineering teams to manage product development from concept through field deployment, ensuring reliability and manufacturability at scale.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement quality processes including verification, validation, and qualification activities for products and components
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective action, and material review board activities to resolve quality issues
• Champion transition from new product introduction to sustainable, high-volume manufacturing operations
• Analyze product health data and establish metrics to measure and predict quality performance
• Define product and process requirements alongside production teams to ensure successful customer delivery
• Support continuous improvement of quality management systems and documentation
