Product Sourcing Engineer, Supply Chain

Anduril Industries seeks a Product Sourcing Engineer to drive strategic supply chain development and cost management for defense technology hardware. This role involves supplier collaboration, cost optimization, and new product introduction management across the product lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Conduct supplier selection and manage relationships with strategic partners to accelerate product development
• Develop and consolidate manufacturing BOMs while coordinating with quality and manufacturing teams for production ramp
• Perform value-stream mapping and lead cost engineering activities to optimize supply network and total cost of ownership
• Manage component qualifications, BOM risk assessments, and alternate sourcing strategies
• Drive supplier development through joint design work, trade-off analysis, and simulation activities
• Address ad-hoc cost issues including tariffs, import/export costs, and cost inflation management
