Product Support Engineer - Advanced Effects

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Product Support Engineer to develop and manage sustainment strategies for advanced defense systems. You'll own maintenance planning, technical documentation, sparing optimization, and lifecycle management while partnering with engineering, operations, and customer teams to ensure field readiness.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive sustainment plans for assigned defense products
• Partner with customers, operations, and engineering teams to define effective maintenance and repair strategies
• Ensure availability of up-to-date maintenance procedures, technical manuals, and specialized tools for field operations
• Serve as primary point of contact for all sustainment matters and proactively resolve issues
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams during product development to integrate supportability practices
• Create and maintain Service Bill of Materials, provisioning lists, and other critical sustainment documentation
