About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Project Engineer to lead testing and integration efforts for autonomous military systems. This role bridges multiple teams to advance mission autonomy projects from concept through production, requiring expertise in DoD developmental testing, autonomous systems, and complex problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute integration and testing strategies aligned with mission autonomy objectives
  • Coordinate all test activities including personnel, equipment, facilities, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead test events and oversee system/subsystem-level integration efforts across multiple departments
  • Create test plans, procedures, and comprehensive documentation for test programs and system manuals
  • Interface with government personnel on technical reviews, schedules, and project alignment
  • Conduct hardware and software testing including stationary and dynamic vehicle evaluations
