Anduril Industries seeks a Robotics Software Engineer to develop mission-critical autonomous systems with expertise in C++ and Rust. You'll focus on sensor integration, distributed networking, and multi-agent coordination while collaborating across teams and deploying systems in real-world operational environments.

What you'll do

• Design and develop scalable software for sensor integration, networking, and autonomous robotic platforms
• Integrate various sensors (cameras, LiDAR, IMUs) to enable perception, localization, and navigation capabilities
• Build and optimize distributed communication networks and message-passing frameworks for multi-robot systems
• Travel up to 25% to test, debug, and deploy systems in operational field environments
• Optimize system performance including latency, battery consumption, and resource utilization
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in deployed systems to ensure operational reliability
