Site Reliability Engineer, Discovery

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Site Reliability Engineer for the Discovery team in Seattle to ensure mission-critical defense systems operate reliably at scale. You'll solve complex problems spanning networking, autonomy, robotics, and systems integration while collaborating with software and operations teams to deploy products to real-world military customers.

What you'll do

• Perform root cause analysis and develop tooling to manage large-scale system deployments
• Diagnose and resolve issues across cloud, robotics, and mesh networking architectures
• Lead post-mortem events and drive continuous organizational improvement
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant solutions for warfighter delivery
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to identify technical solutions
• Establish sustainable mechanisms to support business scaling
