About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Software Engineer to join the Connected Warfare division's Mission Command team in Honolulu. You'll develop mission-critical software platforms and systems that integrate autonomy, networking, and data layers for tactical military operations, working directly with customers in field environments.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end software solutions for mesh platforms, data interfaces, and release management deployed to customers
- Design and deliver well-architected systems using modern engineering practices with emphasis on scalability and reliability
- Translate complex customer requirements into features while balancing user experience with engineering constraints
- Collaborate across teams to build and test cross-functional capabilities
- Monitor system health, analyze metrics, triage production issues, and coordinate resolutions
- Travel 10-30% to customer sites worldwide for deployment, testing, and real-world validation
