Software Engineer - Maritime Integrated Solutions
About this role
Anduril is seeking a Software Engineer to drive the development of maritime autonomous systems and integrated solutions. You'll own end-to-end software delivery across autonomy, simulation, command & control, and payload integration while working with a multi-disciplinary team on next-generation defense platforms.
What you'll do
- Own and deliver software solutions deployed to customers, optimizing for end-user value in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Design and implement scalable software architectures for autonomous maritime platforms with clear evolution paths
- Develop onboard and off-board software for robotic platforms using varied technologies and frameworks
- Create test fixtures and simulation environments with hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop capabilities
- Contribute to full lifecycle development processes including testing, monitoring, and operational support
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across robotics, AI, and sensor fusion teams; travel up to 20% for customer engagement
